  • Bachelor's Degree from George Mason University

  • Certified in Social Action Research by Willamette University

  • Certified as an Emergent Learning Practitioner by Fourth Quadrant Partners

  • Certified as a Brain-Based Facilitator and Results Systems Coaching by the NeuroLeadership Institute (NLI)

  • Certified in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership by NLI

  • Certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Emotional Intelligence (Bar-On EQi and EQ-360) The Learning Circle Profile and various 360 Instruments
