PHILOSOPHY & APPROACH
Way to Go! inc. delivers solutions, not just training courses.
A systems approach. All our work is grounded in the five disciplines of organizational learning: Systems thinking, personal mastery, mental models, team learning and building shared vision. Way to Go! inc. is committed to creating a sustainable learning culture within our company and with our clients.
Experiential, grounded in theory. We blend the two together to produce results that make a lasting difference. All our work is highly experiential but grounded in theory and research, including the latest in neuroscience, positive psychology, social action research and emotional intelligence.
Working with real challenges to make a real difference. Our programs are designed with real work as the centerpiece. We take theory and make it relevant, accessible and practical. The results speak for themselves: nearly 100% of polled clients report that they use what they learned on a weekly if not daily basis.
Changing the way you think. Einstein said “The significant problems we face cannot be solved at the same level of thinking we were at when we created them.” Unless you change the way you, your team, your organization, think, all the tools and training in the world will only have a small impact. Our strategy at Way to Go! inc is to first focus on the shift in thinking, then on the practical tools, methods and models to create the winning formula for breakthrough results.
Self-Discovery. We take a coach-like approach to the educational process, grounded in Adult Learning principles.
