This Thursday is the kick-off of our Fall 2024 Leader as Coach Mastery Program and I wanted to reach out one last time because I truly don’t want you to miss it.
Years ago, Harvard Business Review quoted research that said, the single most important managerial competency that separates highly effective managers from average ones is coaching (HBR “You Can’t Be a Great Manager if You’re Not a Good Coach” 2013). It’s only gotten more so over time.
That’s our entire philosophy at Way to Go. It’s what distinguishes ours from other leadership programs. Our two facilitators are credentialed coaches (Master and Professional levels) with deep experience working in the federal and corporate space. We train leaders and potential leaders to hone their own coaching skills to develop teams with more engagement, ownership, accountability, and overall well-being.
It’s also why we’ve continually received awards and accolades by those federal agencies and global companies who have offered the program to their own high level employees and those that have gone through the programs themselves. Here’s what one graduate had to say:
“Finally, a training that really makes a lasting difference, both
personally and professionally.” - LACMP Graduate
Online. 2 days a month Oct 17-18, Nov 14-15, Dec 12-13. RSVP now!!
We’re so excited with the group that’s emerging for this upcoming program. Only one thing is missing. You! The virtual format makes it easy and accessible for busy executives. If you need to miss a day, that’s ok. We’ll share the recording. The time between sessions allows you to get back to work and put what you learned in each session into real-life practice. This is a major benefit of LACMP.
So really, what are you waiting for? Join me (Cynthia), Sheri, and a fabulous cohort of leaders. Do it for you, your team, and your organization.
P.S. I can’t resist sharing a comment from one of our current registrants. We can’t wait to show her she made a good decision to jump in.
“I’m all about learning but, honestly, I keep looking at leadership classes and it always looks like (sigh) more of the same…and then this came in… and THIS sounds like a new approach that I haven’t heard.” - LACMP webinar attendee
