Real Leadership Happens When Things Get Hard

One of our Leader as Coach Mastery Program (LACMP) participants recently shared this powerful insight. She’s leading a team of over 800 people. In times of uncertainty, she made it a priority to be consistent, to share what she does know even in the face of not knowing much, and to always leave space for hope.
Why? Because communication isn’t just about delivering information. It’s about building trust. It’s about helping people feel grounded when everything around them feels unsteady.
And perhaps most importantly—it’s about revealing opportunity, even in the hard moments.
As she said, “My goal is to make sure they see the opportunity for them—even though the times are tough.”
That kind of leadership takes courage. It takes intentionality.
It’s exactly the kind of leadership we strengthen in the Leader as Coach Mastery Program.

In LACMP, leaders don’t just learn to communicate—they learn to connect. To lead from presence. To coach through uncertainty. And to consistently be the kind of leader others can count on—especially when it matters most.
We kick off on September 22 for a 60-minute introductory session and then meet again Oct 1-2, Nov 5-6, and Dec 3-4. And while we encourage everyone to be there live, if you can’t make a day we will share a recording.
A good leader never stops learning. We hope you’ll join us for this exciting fall program from the convenience of your desktop.
✨ Special promotion available for organizations and individuals until the end of the month.
