Leader as Coach Mastery Program – Now ICF Certified!

We are excited to share some good news—our Leader as Coach Mastery Program (LACMP) is now officially certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for Continuing Coach Education credits!

This certification is a big deal. It means that LACMP has been reviewed and approved by the gold standard in the coaching world—the ICF. Graduates of LACMP now earn 37 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credits, 31 for Core Competencies and 6 for Resource Development. These CCEs count toward your ICF credential, or towards your coaching credential renewal, whether for Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or Master Certified Coach (MCC).

But here’s what we want you to know—even if you’re not pursuing ICF certification, LACMP is still for you. This is one of our most powerful programs at Way To Go! (WTG)—the best of everything we offer and a proven approach to build leaders’ ability to create a culture of accountability, engagement, ownership and well-being. In today’s turbulent times, a leader’s ability to do this becomes even more important.

We’re launching our next cohort in October, and we’re keeping it to just 12 participants so the experience is deep, personal, and meaningful with lots of individualized attention. You’ll have lots of opportunities to dive into real life challenges.
