Is coaching a game-changer?

One of our clients made a great point the other day.

As a leader in a major federal agency, she said that learning coaching skills has been transformative at every stage of her career.

It’s helped her:

  • Understand her own personal mission and her own values.

  • Take a step back from the doing to the leading.

  • Manage her teams so they feel part of decision-making.

  • Coach other senior executives to improve performance and help them manage their own teams.

As her career advanced, the need and benefits of coaching changed. An integral part of her coaching journey was our award-winning Leader as Coach Mastery Program (LACMP) a proven approach to build leaders’ ability to create a culture of accountability, engagement, ownership and well-being.

It made quite a difference, so much so that her agency is now sending several people to our upcoming virtual session, starting later this month.

Hear in her own words…

Focus on your priorities for your organization.

Not only will you learn skills to up your level as a leader, you can make this time as productive as you need. In our program, you gain fresh eyes to look at your challenges differently. You hone the skills to address these challenges through demos, mini-presentations, hands-on learning lab, and on-the-spot coaching. You’ll derive benefits for yourself, your team, and your organization.

Intrigued? There’s still time to join.

We kick off on Sept. 26 for a 90-minute introductory session and then meet again Oct 17-18, Nov 14-15, and Dec 12-13. And while we encourage every one to be there live and in-person, if you can’t make a day we will share a recording.

A good leader never stops learning. We hope you’ll join us for this exciting fall program from the convenience of your desktop.
