Do you sometimes wish others would listen more to what you have to say?
If your answer is “yes,” or you laughed out loud and thought “all the time,” read on.
I recently talked to a senior executive in the Federal government whom I had coached on many of the skills that are part of the Leader as Coach Mastery Program (LACMP). He told me that he is still using the skills he learned, four years later. Just that day, he used the Ladder of Inference to help him better understand and respond to a situation. The Ladder of Inference is a key systems thinking and organizational learning tool that is one of many tools you will learn, practice and integrate in LACMP. He said that the conversation framework he learned in coaching has been so effective in opening people’s minds to hear what he has to say. At a recent conference, other senior executives noted his ability to do this and wanted to learn what he learned!
Good communication goes both ways. In LACMP, we provide tools to help you engage others in what you have to say PLUS learn how skillful listening, coach-like questions, and artful advice can enhance communication, improve working relationships, and improve productivity.
Six days over three months. Sept 26-27, Oct 17-18, Nov 14-15.
We use neuroscience best practices to make virtual learning fun, engaging & effective.
For the first time ever, we are offering our award-winning Leader as Coach Mastery Program as a virtual, open enrollment session to make it more accessible to leaders across the country. It’s perfect for senior and midlevel leaders and emerging leaders in large, global corporations, as well as government agencies, who manage teams and desire greater engagement, accountability, ownership and well-being.
Why LACMP?
We know there are a lot of leadership development courses out there. Here are three reasons we think ours is different;
This comprehensive program is grounded in neuroscience, systems thinking, emotional intelligence, and the latest evidence-based research.
It’s highly experiential. We use your real life scenarios, where you get coached by a certified professional coach on your coaching in live learning labs that are built into the training.
We keep the groups small to keep it well customized for you and your goals. We have a maximum of 24 attendees–a ratio of 12:1 participants to facilitator.
Don’t wait. Register now!
Those limited spaces mean you don’t want to wait. Whether you are coming on your own or sending a team, you’ll want to reserve your space.
We’re excited! We hope you can join us.
In joy and learning,
Cynthia…
